To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused and in their original packaging
The product must be in its original condition
Custom or personalised items cannot be returned
Any prior ageing or natural variations in materials are recorded and considered part of the product’s character

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non‑refundable.

Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–4 working days. Once shipped, UK deliveries typically arrive within 2–5 working days.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is on its way. Delivery times may vary during busy periods, holidays, or due to courier delays outside our control.
